Meet Aisha Chottani, the founder of Moment Drink.
Aisha was working in a fast-paced corporate environment when she realized the constant hustle was taking a toll on her well-being.
She started looking for natural ways to relax and recharge, but couldnāt find anything that truly worked.
Thatās when she decided to create Momentāa functional beverage designed to help you destress without the need for caffeine or alcohol.
When Aisha pitched Moment on Shark Tank, she was seeking $200,000 for 10% equity.
She introduced the sharks to her line of sparkling botanical drinks, which are infused with adaptogens and natural ingredients that promote relaxation and focus.
Aisha explained that Moment is designed to mimic the mental clarity you get from meditation but in a convenient, ready-to-drink can.
The sharks were curious about the functional beverage space and wanted to know what made Moment stand out from other wellness drinks.
Aisha shared that unlike caffeinated energy drinks or sugary sodas, Moment is all about creating calm without any crashes or jitters.
The sharks were impressed by Aishaās mission but were concerned about the crowded beverage market.
Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner dropped out early, citing the challenge of competing with larger brands.
But Barbara Corcoran and Kevin OāLeary saw potential.
Kevin made an offer of $200,000 for 20%, while Barbara offered $200,000 for 15%, with a contingency that Aisha would need to secure some large retail contracts.
After some tough negotiations, Aisha struck a deal with Barbara for $200,000 and 15%, knowing that Barbaraās experience in building lifestyle brands would help take Moment to the next level.
Since the show, Moment has been making waves in the wellness industry.
Aisha has expanded the product line to include more flavors and has secured partnerships with major retailers, bringing Moment to store shelves across the country.
The company has also seen an uptick in online sales, as more people are looking for healthier ways to unwind.
Today, Moment is more than just a drinkāitās a movement.
Whether youāre taking a break at work, winding down after a busy day, or just looking for a moment of calm, Moment Drink offers a delicious and refreshing way to destress.
If youāre ready to give it a try, you can find Moment on their website or at a retailer near you. Itās time to take a sip and find your zen.
I hope this update brings a little peace to your day!
