šŸŽƒ Halloween Moments

Daryl Kay Braithewaite pitched Halloween Moments with his patented Pumpkin Glove Scraper Kit. It offers a cleaner, faster way to carve pumpkins without all the mess.

With a retail price between $9.99 and $15.99 and a cost of just $1.78, he came in with $100,000 in sales and a $3 million valuation. The Sharks liked the margins but didn’t bite, concerned about inventory levels and seasonal limitations.

After the show, Halloween Moments got picked up by Walmart and continued selling on Amazon during the Halloween season. Sales got a solid bump, and the product is still available each fall. While Daryl has kept a low profile since the pitch, his pumpkin-cleaning kit is still showing up on store shelves when spooky season rolls around.

šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Stakt

Millie Blumka and Taylor Borenstein introduced Stakt, a foldable workout mat that doubles as extra cushioning and a step for exercises. They pitched seeking $100,000 for 10% equity ( a $1 million valuation) with about $110,000 in sales.

Millie and Taylor had strong margins (costing $14.90 to $21.50 and selling for $86–$98), which caught the interest of Lori Greiner. She offered $100,000 for 15% equity plus a $0.75 per-unit royalty, which the founders accepted despite some negotiation.

After the show, the deal didn’t close, but Stakt didn’t slow down. They added accessories like a carrying case, mat cleaner, grippy socks, and weights, and earned spots on TIME’s Best Inventions of 2023 and Good Housekeeping's best yoga mats lists.

They partnered with Equinox and boutiques, launched co-branded mats and printed editions, and introduced online workouts. With one co-founder now full-time and the other balancing a day job, Stakt has continued to grow and has reached around $100,000 in annual revenue.

🄣 Mama O’s

Kheedhim Oh and his mother, Myung Oh, pitched Mama O’s with a lineup of ready‑to‑eat kimchi, kimchi kits, flakes, and hot sauce that are all grounded in authentic family recipes.

They asked for $250,000 for 10% equity, citing strong unit economics ($2.65 production cost vs $8.99 retail for kimchi) and $815K in 2021 sales, with a projected $1M in 2022. Despite praise for their flavors and packaging, the Sharks passed due to concerns about scalability and the niche nature of kimchi.

Since the episode, Mama O’s has quietly thrived. Their products are now found in Whole Foods, Williams Sonoma, Albertsons, Safeway, and even Walmart. Their portfolio has expanded to include kimchi pastes, flakes, hot sauce, and DIY kits.

Annual revenue has grown to around $1.6 million and is showing no signs of slowing down!

šŸ° Create a Castle

Kevin and Laurie Lane pitched Create A Castle, a sand and snow castle-building kit that uses patented hinged molds. The product helps families build detailed castles more easily than with traditional buckets.

They asked for $350,000 for 10% equity, with about $600,000 to $1 million in sales and a $3.5 million valuation. The Sharks liked the margins and potential, and guest Shark Kendra Scott won the deal for $350,000 for 20% equity.

After the show, Create A Castle expanded into 32 retailers across the U.S. and added new products like indoor kits, tabletop versions, and light-up accessories. They also introduced licensed and co-branded editions, building on the momentum from their Shark Tank appearance.

Since its airing, Create A Castle has grown to $3 to $4 million in annual revenue.
